Flew to Calgary on sunday (4hours) Trish picked me up and I got my first glimpse of the Rockies - they were still really snowy and stretched for miles and real great sight to see. The roads in Canada are so vast and straight with the odd bend every few miles. Houses are fab and large with basements and was lovely to use a hairdryer and straightners!!!!! Lethbridge is about the same size as Darlington and has two sides to the town, been out and about today, found the dollar store and Safeway and the liquor store. I bought hershey bars -2 for $4.50 dark chocolate with nuts and cranberries - really good!!!!!!!!! Strongbow is expensive here $15 for four cans, so sticking to Canadian lager much cheaper. Ive lost another two hours in time so Im now 7 hours behind you guys (look the canadian speak is kicking in lol!!!). Weather here is much better than Toronto warmer but windy, we sat on the veranda with wine yesterday afternoon, had an easter egg hunt then turkey dinner which Trish started and Dave ended up finishing off as we were busy talking and we forgot about the stuffing which ended up burnt slightly but was great for cracking your teeth. !!!!
Going to be here for a week Trish taking me to a real live Rodeo on Sat night with real redneck cowboys should be great fun Yehah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hya hun - just signed on to read ya latest adventure - havent updated since the 9th hope everything ok and that your enjoying yourself too much to think about us back home - love ya loads thinkin of ya everyday (possibly due to jealousy hahahaha) Ingrid xxx
